Sherri kept seeing bear faces in the aspen on their property. That's when Mike & Sherri came up with their original aspen bear candleholders and lamps. With just a little touch of the woodburner here and there, other people could see the bears too. Aspen bears are now on most of their art. Most of what they work with comes from South Park in Park County above 10,000 feet. From these, they try to create individual unique items. They also work with various types of pines including bristlecone and beetle kill pine.
