I have guided fly fishing and whitewater rafting in the U.S., Patagonia, the Amazon, and under the Himalayas in India. For the past 14 summers, I have guided in the west on the  Arkansas River and now spend my winters in the Florida Keys.  I have volunteered with various river organizations, studied plant medicine in the Amazon, and have thrown flies to some of the most engaging fish on earth. I did not attend art school, and in fact, I never even considered painting until a few years ago. What I paint comes from my life spent on the water and from my love of these animals and places.
