It took me 40 years to discover the magic in watercolor! Once discovered, it has continued to fascinate me. Mostly self-taught, I have taken several painting workshops over the years, and in 2006, attended a week long landscape painting class at the Scottsdale Art School. As well as expanding my horizons, and exposing me to many new styles and process, that particular class changed how I think about painting. In 2008 I attended a mixed-media class in Florida that exposed me to mixing paint mediums. Very fun!

Like most artists, my painting style continues to evolve while keeping my unique personality. I am continually inspired by frequent travels around the west as well as experimentation with new subjects. I hope you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy creating it!
